Build 22928553 contains 63 localized infusion-gem records. The extracted set includes Amethyst, Black Pearl, Blood Stone, Diamond, Dianite, Emerald, Granite, Jade, Jewel, Marble, Meteorite, Moon Stone, Quartz, Ruby, Sapphire, Shield Emblem, Spike, Topaz, Fang, Feather, and Skull families in several visible quality names.
Every current description says the gem can be used to infuse weapons and armor. That statement does not mean the same gem produces the same result in every slot. Use the live target preview.
Preview before confirming
- Equip or record the item's current stats and facet.
- Open the infusion interface and select the exact target.
- Select the gem and read the complete before-and-after preview.
- Check whether an existing facet already supplies an elemental infusion or related effect.
- Confirm only when the result supports the build's damage, resource, or defense plan.
- Re-check the character panel and a repeatable fight after the operation.
If the expected gem does not appear, first check target eligibility, available socket count, item category, and overlap with a facet. Do not assume the inventory is bugged from the first preview tile.
Patch 1 interaction warning
Together Patch 1 fixed elemental gems continuing to grant enchantment power when other elemental gems were present in gear. Hotfix 8 fixed an infinite-stat interaction when three enchantment-power gems were placed in the same item. Old stacking formulas that rely on those behaviors are not valid build advice.
Treat any unexpected multiplication as a possible bug. Remove layers, establish a baseline, and add one gem or enchantment at a time.
Elemental infusion and facets
Facets can also impose an elemental identity—Fire, Ice, Lightning, or Plague—in exchange for a damage penalty. A gem may overlap with that identity. The correct response is not a universal “never combine” rule; read what the preview allows and measure the final output without assuming that two similar labels stack.

Quality names are not an effect table
Chipped, clear, mottled, tiny, medium, large, and other visible names help identify records, but this database does not invent a universal numeric ladder. The current item preview is the safe place to compare a specific gem, target, and Build.
Database boundary
An extracted gem record proves current-Build presence, not a specific source or drop probability. The site will add acquisition routes only after current live-play evidence. For the broader creation workflow, continue to Crafting and delay Exalting until the gem and enchantment plan is final.
