How we process a new patch

  1. Save the official announcement URL and publication date.
  2. Extract changed systems into a structured fact matrix without copying the announcement text.
  3. Match every changed system to pages with the same update trigger.
  4. Move affected pages out of the publish queue until the new behavior is checked.
  5. Update the verification date and sources before the page returns to the site.

What this page does not do

This tracker does not turn rumors, datamined claims, isolated Reddit posts, or old Early Access behavior into patch facts. Community reports can identify a problem worth investigating, but an official source or multiple independent current-version sources must support the final explanation.
